Chocolate Chip Cookies


These allergy-friendly cookies are made with almond butter, dairy-free chocolate chips, brown sugar (or coconut sugar), and can be made egg-free, using a flax egg. 

Slice the fish lengthwise into 1-inch wide strips and then widthwise into 2-inch sections.  


Scoop the batter by rounded tablespoons onto a baking sheet.


Bake until golden and then cool on a cooling rack until cool enough to enjoy.
