Making homemade Ramen is not hard!  This recipe comes together fast and is so much healthier and tastier than ramen packets.

*broth  *garlic *ginger *soy sauce *rice vinegar

INGREDIENTS NEEDED

*miso *bok choy *ramen noodles *red peppers *mushrooms

*toppings of choice

Combine broth, soy sauce, vinegar, miso, ginger, and garlic in a saucepan and bring to a simmer.

Add the peppers, mushrooms, and bok choy and simmer until tender.

Add the ramen noodles and cook for 3-4 minutes, until tender.

Serve the ramen.

Top with desired toppings like chopped green onions, shredded carrots, and a soft boiled egg.
