honey garlic salmon

Salmon fillets are glazed with a sweet and savory honey garlic sauce and baked alongside baby potatoes and fresh green beans for a simple, wholesome sheet pan meal.

*Salmon *Potatoes *Green Beans *Olive Oil *Butter

Ingredients Needed

*Garlic *Honey *Lemon *Dijon *Salt & Pepper

Season the potatoes and green beans with olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper.

Spread the vegetables out onto a sheet pan and roast for 15 minutes.

Meanwhile, mix together the melted butter, Dijon, honey, garlic, and lemon juice.

Remove the vegetables from the oven. Push them to the sides of the pan and add the salmon. Glaze salmon with the sauce.

Bake the salmon and vegetables until the salmon reaches 145 degrees F and the veggies are tender.

Top the salmon with fresh lemon slices after bakng.

Serve the honey garlic salmon alongside the roasted vegetables.
