INGREDIENTS NEEDED

Season a  chuck roast generously with salt and pepper.

Heat a bit of oil in the inner pot, using the saute function. Once heated, add the roast and sear on all sides.

Remove the seared meat from the inner pot, add in a bit of broth and scrape up any browned bits off bottom of inner pot.

Add remaining broth, garlic, onion, and soy sauce to inner pot. Nestle in beef.

Pressure cook for 20 minutes per pound with a natural pressure release. Then remove beef from inner pot.

Shred the beef with 2 forks or a handheld mixer

Spread butter over buns and toast until golden.

Layer meat and cheese on toasted buns and broil until the cheese melts.
