PORK & SAUERKRAUT

Cut a pork roast into 2-3 inch chunks. You can use a pork butt or pork loin.

Place the pork in the inner pot. Add apple juice and then top the pork with diced apples, sliced onions, and season with salt and pepper.

Top the pork and apple mixture with the sauerkraut. Pressure Cook for 15 minutes on high pressure with a natural pressure release.

Shred the pork and then serve it with the cooking juices.
