• YUKON GOLD POTATOES • BUTTER • FLOUR • BROTH • HALF AND HALF • KOSHER SALT • PEPPER • NUTMEG • THYME • GARLIC POWDER • CHEESE (OPTIONAL)

Prepare the cream sauce on the stove, adding in up to 1 cup of cheese if desired.
