Made with simple ingredients, this recipe for Instant Pot Tomato Soup comes together quickly and puts store-bought tomato soups to shame!
what you need:
• olive oil• onion• celery• carrots• garlic• TOMATO PASTE• vegetable broth• whole tomatoes• oregano• crushed red pepper• Thyme leaves• kosher salt & Pepper• bay leaf• balsamic vinegar• HEAVY CREAM
Saute the onions, carrots, and celery. Followed by the tomato paste, oregano, & thyme.

Add the broth and scrape up any browned bits.

Stir in the tomatoes, diced tomatoes, spices, and salt.

Pressure cook. Discard the bay leaf, then stir in the balsamic vinegar.
