Broccoli

Cut the head of broccoli into small florets--about 1-2 inches each, removing most of the stalk.

Place the broccoli onto a sheet pan and drizzle with oil and season with salt and pepper. Spread the broccoli out evenly.

Roast the broccoli until tender and golden, flipping halfway through bake time.

Grate parmesan cheese over the broccoli and let melt.

If desired, squeeze fresh lemon juice over the broccoli and serve immediately.

This roasted broccoli is so easy to make and tastes so much better than steaming them. The crispy edges are my favorite!
