Crockpot Mashed Potatoes are a hands-off way to enjoy creamy, velvety mashed potatoes. This make-ahead recipe is perfect for the holidays!

what you need:

• Yukon gold potatoes • kosher salt • BROTH • KOSHER SALT • butter • mILK OR CREAM • sour cream • GARLIC (OPTIONAL)  • PARMESAN (OPTIONAL)

Place peeled and cubed potatoes into slow cooker with broth of choice. Add garlic, sprinkle with salt, and dollop with butter.

Cook until potatoes are fork tender and mash easily. Use a potato masher to mash the potatoes and garlic into the cooking liquid.

step 2

Stir in warm cream and melted butter until smooth. Finish by folding in sour cream and parmesan.

Hold on warm until ready to serve. Serve with additional butter if desired.
