Ingredients

pomelo
peeled and sectioned

navel oranges
peeled and sectioned

ruby red grapefruit
peeled and sectioned

pink grapefruit
peeled and sectioned

tablespoon
maple syrup

tablespoon
water
1
sprig fresh thyme leaves
Instructions
In a small saucepan, combine water, syrup with leaves from fresh thyme. Heat on low simmer for 5-10 minutes.
Combine fruit together in serving bowl. Pour syrup over citrus and stir to combine.
Refrigerate overnight or for at least 30 minutes for flavors to develop.
Serve.
