Chicken Florentine is a simple chicken recipe made with fresh spinach and a creamy, garlic sauce that is full of flavor! 

what you need:

• chicken  • flour • Chicken stock • White Wine • Shallot • OIL & BUTTER • SEASONINGS • HEAVY CREAM • SPINACH • PARMESAN

Cut the chicken into cutlets and season with salt and pepper.

Dredge the chicken in flour and then pan sear until golden. Remove the chicken to a plate.

step 2

Saute the shallots and then add in the broth, wine, and seasonigns and simmer until reduced.

step 3

Add the heavy cream, fresh spinach, and Parmesan and simmer until thickened.

step 4

Add the chicken back to the saute pan ans simmer until the chicken is cooked through.
