In a small bowl, whisk together yogurt, garlic, lemon juice, oregano, and salt until well combined.
Place chicken into the marinade, and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes & up to 4 hours.
Once the chicken is marinaded, remove it from the marinade, discard the marinade, and grill the chicken for 5-6 minutes per side.
Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before thinly slicing.
In a small bowl mix together diced tomatoes, onions, parsley, and salt with lemon juice.
Warm a pita and then top with lettuce, the sliced chicken, some of the tomato mixture, and tzatziki sauce.
This chicken is DELICIOUS! I make it weekly. We serve it with naan bread. The recipe makes enough for us to have more throughout the week. SOOOO good!
