After placing your steak in the freezer for 15 minutes, slice the steak into 1/2 inch thick slices going against the grain.
Season the steak wth the fajita seasoning and saute each side for 1-2 minutes using the saute function of your instant pot.
Turn off the saute function and add the beef broth to the inner pot and scrape the bottom of the Instant Pot. Then add the meat back to the inner pot.
Top with sliced onions and peppers and additional fajita seasoning.
Pressure cook for 2 minutes on high pressure. Once the cook time has elapsed, let pressure release for 10 minutes.
Remove the peppers, onions, and meat from the inner pot, using a slotted spoon. Add the lime zest and juice the the meat and toss to coat.
Serve the fajita mixture on corn or flour tortillas with shredded cheese, sour cream, and avocado as desired.
