This easy Overnight Breakfast Strata Recipe is made with cheese and spinach to create a delicious, fluffy breakfast strata that is perfect for a holiday breakfast or weekend brunch.

chopped frozen spinach unsalted butter yellow onion kosher salt and pepper roasted red peppers milk heavy cream grated nutmeg Dijon mustard eggs cooking spray or butter Sourdough Gruyere or Swiss Cheese Parmesan cheese

Squeeze out the excess liquid from the defrosted spinach and set aside.
