Gosh, this was so delicious! And easy, peasy, too. I can't wait for the next occasion to make this taco dip!
Mix together cream cheese, sour cream, and taco seasoning, until well combined and creamy.
Spread refried beans into an 8x8 pan or a 2-quart casserole dish.
Spread out the cream cheese mixture evenly over the refried beans.
Sprinkle with an even layer of shredded cheese and bake for 20-30 minutes at 350 degrees until cheese is melted and dip is warm.
While dip is baking, toss together 1 pint of sliced grape tomatoes, 1/4 cup minced onion, and a couple tablespoons of cilantro together.
Top with warmed dip with the fresh tomato topping.
Serve wtih tortilla chips.
