Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 6 1-cup ramekins.
Mix together oats, 2 cups milk, yogurt, eggs, spices, and ⅓ cup maple syrup. Divide evenly between each ramekin (slightly over ½ cup mixture).
Alternatively, you can bake the entire mixture in a 2 quart dish for 50 minutes.
Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until set up.
For the Cream Cheese Swirl
Mix together cream cheese with reserved tablespoon milk, maple syrup and vanilla. Place into pastry bag or plastic sandwich bag with snipped corner and swirl topping on each ramekin (or just dollop on with a spoon!)
