Pork Tenderloin

Pork tenderloin is transformed into a spectacular entree when wrapped in bacon and glazed in sweet maple syrup.

what you need:

• pork tenderloin • seasoned salt or   kosher salt • bacon • pure maple syrup

Rub a trimmed pork tenderloin with seasoned salt. Wrap the seasoned pork with thick slices of bacon to cover.

Brush maple syrup over bacon.

step 2

Place the pork tenderloin on a baking sheet lined with foil.

step 3

Roast until the bacon is crisp and the pork reaches 145 degrees F.
