Oatmeal Cookies

Naturally-sweetened, gluten-free, and vegan-friendly, these Banana Oatmeal Cookies satisfy your sweet tooth but are still make a perfectly healthy, balanced snack. In fact, you can even enjoy these cookies for breakfast!

what you need:

• whole, pitted, dried dates • ripe bananas • unsweetened applesauce • cinnamon • rolled oats

Soak the dates in hot water and drain. In a food processor, pulse together the bananas, applesauce, dates, and cinnamon, followed by the oats.

Scoop out the cookie dough into balls and slightly flatten them.
