Prepare ricotta filling by mixing together parmesan, ricotta, seasonings and egg.

Saute the beef, onion, and garlic together using the saute function.

Layer the spaghetti sauce, lasagna noodles, prepared ricotta filling, and sauteed beef with cheese in repeating layers in a 7-inch cake pan or springform pan.

Cover with foil and place the lasagna on a rack in the inner pot over water.

Pressure cook on high pressure with a natural pressure release. Remove foil, and broil if desired.

Let the lasagna set for 10 minutes, slice and serve.
