Red Potatoes With Garlic

Made with red skin potatoes, these Mashed Red Potatoes are flavored with sour cream and garlic, to create an easy side dish that pairs well with endless entrees.

what you need:

• red potatoes • kosher salt • butter • milk • sour cream • garlic powder

Wash and scrub the red potatoes, then dice into cubes. Cook them in salted water.

Drain the potatoes and return them to the pan. Cook to remove excess moisture.
