• Olive Oil • Baby Potatoes • Garlic Powder • Unsalted Butter • Fresh Parsley • Kosher Salt • Black Pepper

Simmer potatoes. Strain, then return them to the pan. Cook.

Arrange potatoes on a prepared baking sheet pan. Flatten them with the bottom of a glass.

Mix butter, garlic, kosher salt, pepper, and parsley. Brush the butter mixture over the potatoes.
