CRISPY SMASHED

POTATOES

These crispy, crunchy, smashed potatoes are slathered in garlic butter, to deliver one outrageously flavorful side dish.

what you need:

• Olive Oil • Baby Potatoes • Garlic Powder • Unsalted Butter • Fresh Parsley • Kosher Salt • Black Pepper

Simmer potatoes. Strain, then return them to the pan. Cook.

Arrange potatoes on a prepared baking sheet pan. Flatten them with the bottom of a glass.

step 2

Mix butter, garlic, kosher salt, pepper, and parsley. Brush the butter mixture over the potatoes.

Bake and let cool.
