This recipe for Instant Pot Mashed Potatoes results in perfect mashed potatoes made fast. They are creamy, buttery, and fluffy, just like good mashed potatoes should be!

what you need:

• Cubed potatoes • kosher salt • butter • milk • sour cream • water or broth for cooking

Wash, peel, and cube the potatoes. Place them in the inner pot along with water and salt.

Pressure cook for 10 minutes on high with 5-10 minutes natural pressure release.
