Butternut Squash

Baked Butternut Squash becomes an impressive dish when stuffed with parmesan and butter.

what you need:

• butternut squash • unsalted butter • kosher salt • ground pepper • Parmesan cheese

Wash and dry the squash. Cut off the stem, then slice the squash in half lengthwise. Remove the seeds and strings from the center cavity.
