In a large mixing bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and spices together. Add apples and toss to coat apples in dry ingredients (this helps prevent apples from sinking to bottom of pan).
In a large mixing glass, whisk together wet ingredients. Add to dry ingredients and fold together until just combined.
Bake for 45-55 minutes, until butter knife inserted into center of loaf comes out clean.
