Ingredients

For Waldorf Chicken Salad

  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast cubed
  • 1/2 cup celery thinly sliced
  • 1 cup grapes halved
  • 1 cup apples cubed
  • 1/4 cup toasted walnuts chopped

For the Lemon Dressing

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt plain
  • 1 lemon juice and zest
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  • Whisk together the yogurt, lemon and salt. 
  • Toss the chicken, celery, apples, grapes and walnuts together until evenly combined. Dress with the lemon dressing.
  • Refrigerate for 1 hour before 24 hours before serving.
