Notes
Gnocchi: Use fresh or frozen potato gnocchi, cauliflower gnocchi, or sweet potato gnocchi. If using dried gnocchi, it need to be cooked according to package directions and then cooled before seasoning and air-frying for best results. Oil: Feel free to decrease the oil to 1 teaspoon, but the oil does work better than olive oil cooking spray for this recipe. Storage: Air-fried gnocchi is best served immediately after preparing. If you happen to have leftovers, store it in the refrigerator for up to 3 days and reheat it at 350℉ for 3-5 minutes just to warm through, or toss with warm pasta sauce and serve.
