If needed per your model, preheat your air fryer to 400℉ (200℃).
Wash and dry the yellow squash and zucchini. Slice into ¼-inch rounds and place in a large mixing bowl.
Add ½ teaspoon extra virgin olive oil, ¼ teaspoon garlic powder, ¼ teaspoon onion powder, ¼ teaspoon oregano, ¼ teaspoon pepper, and ½ teaspoon kosher salt, and toss to coat the sliced squash evenly with the seasonings.
Spread out the summer squash in the air fryer basket, being careful to not overlap too much. Air-fry for 7 minutes at 400℉ (200℃). Remove the basket, toss to flip the squash, and return the basket to the air fryer. Air fry for an additional 5-7 minutes, depending on how crispy you like the squash.
Serve immediately.
