In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and Sriracha until well combined.
For the best flavor, cover and chill for at 30 minutes prior to serving.
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 7 days.
Notes
Lower the Fat: I have used plain Greek yogurt in place of the mayonnaise with great success. It cuts down of calories and fat, but is still incredibly creamy and delicious.Increase/Decrease the Heat: Feel free to reduce or increase the amount of Sriracha to control the spice level of the sauce.
