A homemade blend of dried spices flavored with dill, onion, and parsley, that is a bright, herbaceous seasoning blend perfect for vegetables, fish, or salads.
In a small container or bowl, mix together the 1 teaspoon dried dill weed, 1 tablespoon dried parsley, 1 tablespoon dried onion flakes, and 1 teaspoon kosher salt until well combined.
Store in an airtight container for up to 6 months in a cool, dark pantry or cabinet.
Notes
For optimum flavor, use dried spices that are no more than 6 months old.
