This Pina Colada Smoothie is made with coconut milk, pineapple juice, orange juice, and frozen banana to create a naturally sweetened, thick and creamy smoothie that tastes like a tropical cocktail. Serve with or without rum.

Instructions
Pour pineapple juice, orange juice, and coconut milk into a high speed blender. Add in the frozen banana, broken into chunks. Place the lid on the blender blend on medium-high speed until smooth and creamy.
Pour into 4 glasses and serve immediately.

Notes
Rum: Completely optional. I typically make the smoothies without alcohol and then add 1.5 ounces of coconut rum per drink when desired. To add rum to the entire batch, add 6 ounces (or ¾ cup) of rum to the mixture before blending. Not a fan of bananas? Replace them with frozen chunks of pineapple.
