Using simple ingredients and minimal prep, this recipe for Homemade Shake and Bake Pork Chops delivers juicy, tender pork chops with an irresistible crispy coating in under 30 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 425℉ (215℃). Lightly brush a rimmed baking sheet with oil or spray with cooking spray.
In a large storage bag, combine 3 cups unseasoned breadcrumbs , 2 teaspoons seasoned salt, 2 teaspoons paprika, 1 teaspoon celery salt, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon onion powder, and ½ teaspoon black pepper Close the bag and shake until everything is well combined.
Pat the pork chops dry with a paper towel. Then using a pastry brush, coat each side of the pork chop with mayonnaise.
Place a pork chop, one at a time, into the bag with the seasoning. Close the bag and then shake gently until the pork chop is fully covered with the mixture. Remove the pork chop from the bag, shaking off excess seasoning and then place the pork onto the prepared baking sheet. Repeat with each piece of pork.
Bake for 10 minutes, flip and continue to bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the pork reaches an internal temperature of 145℉ (64℃).

For Boneless Pork Chops: Bread 1-inch pork loin chops and at 425℉ for 8 minutes, flip, and continue to bake for 6-8 minutes or until the pork reaches 145℉.Size of Pork Chops: If you are using thicker or thinner pork chops, you will need to increase or decrease the baking time accordingly. To Air Fry Shake and Bake Pork Chops: Bread as directed and place breaded pork chops into greased basket or tray in the air fryer, and air fry at 400°F (200℃) for 6 minutes. Flip, and continue to air-fry for an additional 5-8 minutes, or until the pork reaches an internal temperature of 145℉ (63℃). Storage: Store in airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
