• ONION
• GARLIC
• WHITE BEANS
• FIRE-ROASTED TOMATOES
• CHIPOTLE PEPPER
• BOTTLE DARK AMBER BEER
• VEGETABLE STOCK
• CHILI SEASONING MIX
Place all ingredients in the slow cooker and cook.
SLOW COOKER
Place all ingredients in the inner pot of the Instant Pot. Cook.
INSTANT POT
Heat oil. Saute onions. Add in garlic and toast. Add squash, stock, beer, tomatoes, white beans, and chili powder. Add in remaining ingredients and simmer.
