what you need:
• chicken • flour• Marsala wine• beef stock• mushrooms• shallot• thyme• OIL & BUTTER• SALT & PEPPER• HEAVY CREAM
Cut the chicken into cutlets and season with salt and pepper.

Dredge the chicken in flour and then pan sear until golden. Remove the chicken to a plate.
