This is a nutritious recipe for a Chocolate Peanut Butter Smoothie that is naturally sweetened and full of protein and calcium.

what you need:

• milk or non-dairy milk • plain Greek yogurt or non-   dairy yogurt • chia seeds • ground flaxseed • cocoa powder • creamy natural peanut   butter • ripe banana

Pour the milk into the blender. Add in the yogurt, peanut butter, cocoa powder, chia seeds, and flaxseed. Lastly, add the banana chunks. Blend.

Serve immediately, topping with an additional drizzle of peanut butter and/or chopped chocolate.
