Homemade Cream of Mushroom Soup comes together in just minutes to create the perfect substitute for canned condensed mushroom soup.

• butter • mushrooms • thyme leaves • flour • marsala wine • mushroom broth • milk • kosher salt • pepper • onion powder • garlic powder

Saute the mushrooms and thyme leaves in melted butter.

Whisk in the flour to form a thick paste.
