This easy BBQ Pizza is the best use of leftover chicken or pork! Made with BBQ sauce, shredded chicken or pork, cheese, and red onion, this BBQ Pizza is one easy, delicious spin on pizza!
Preheat the oven to 425℉ (215℃) and lightly grease a 12-inch pizza pan with cooking spray or olive oil.
Place the pizza dough onto the greased pizza pan and using floured hands, stretch and flatten the dough to fit the pan.
In a medium mixing bowl, add the shredded chicken or pork, 2 tablespoons of the prepared BBQ sauce, and garlic powder. Mix until the meat is evenly coated in the BBQ sauce.
Spread a thin layer of the BBQ sauce over the pizza crust, leaving a small border around the edges for the crust. Evenly spread the seasoned meat and sliced onion over the dough then top with the shredded cheese.
Bake for 12–15 minutes or until the crust is golden brown. Remove from the oven and let sit for 5-10 minutes before slicing.
Sprinkle with fresh cilantro if desired, slice, and serve.

Notes
Note on Pizza Dough: If you find your pizza dough difficult to stretch, let sit at room temperature for 15-20 minutes to take the chill off. This is especially helpful when starting with refrigerated store-bought pizza dough. Note on Leftover Pork/Chicken: If your meat is already sauced with BBQ sauce, skip tossing it with sauce before layering on the pizza dough. Storage: Place individual slices of cooled pizza into an airtight container, stacking between pieces of parchment paper if needed. Store in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Reheat in air fryer for 1-2 minutes at 375℉ or in the oven for 10-12 minutes at 325℉.
