If your Air Fryer is a model that needs to preheat, preheat to 400℉. It should only take about 5 minutes to be ready.
Scrub potatoes and dry well. Dice into ½-inch to ¾-inch cubes.
In a large mixing bowl, toss the potatoes with the oil and seasonings to coat evenly.
Spread the cubed potatoes out evenly in the basket or trays of the air fryer. Cook for 10 minutes at 400℉ and remove the basket and give the potatoes a good shake so that they evenly cook. Return the basket to the air fryer and cook for an additional 10 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
If your Air Fryer uses a tray and not a basket, there is no need to stop the cooking process to shake the potatoes. Instead roast for 18-22 minutes at 400 degrees.
Serve as desired.
