    1. Hi Kristen
This sounds like fun! I have a husband and 7 children to cook for. I've been meal planning for several years, but always open to new ideas to try!
We are market farmers, so we have lots of vegetables and many varieties, but I find summer the most challenging for cooking. We are just so busy working outside! I hope you include lots of veggies!

      1. Hi Lois! I am so glad you found my meal plans! I have to say I wish you lived closer to share some vegetables with me--I have a black thumb. But I still love veggie heavy dishes. I hope you find many here to enjoy!

    2. I would love the recipes for puff pastry I saw it and tried it . It was wonderful but I did not get all the ingredients down before it got deleted

    3. Hello Kristen,
I like the posts you share for "Instant Pot" recipes. However, I own a regular electric pressure cooker that doesn't come with all the fancy button options. Is it possible for you to mention the cook time/pressure level for those of us who do it manually?

On behalf of your followers, THANK YOU, for taking the time to post recipes for us to try.

      Best,
      Ronda

      1. Hi Ronda! Great feedback! I never use fancy preset buttons--only manual on high pressure 🙂 Hopefully that helps!

    4. love u Mindful Mum. You are making my life much easier. My instant pot is no longer a dust collector but nearly a every day happening. Thank You

      1. This seriously makes my heart so happy Carole! I am so glad you enjoy using your Instant Pot now and that it does not overwhelm you.
