      1. Hi Sarah! The only way to access them at this time is via email. Each week is a 4-page PDF print-out. It is much easier and more informative that way 🙂

    3. I have absolutely LOVED having your meal plans sent to my inbox each week for the last few years! I print off the weekly menu, along with the corresponding recipes, and BAM! My whole year of meals is planned. It has been a life saver, particularly on those weeks when I utterly lack cooking inspiration. I just need to flip open my binder and the guess work is entirely taken care of. The recipes are so easily adaptable too. Thank you so much for offering these. I can't believe it's free.           My husband and I are in our 70's. Been a mother of 2 daughters and many guests over our 44 years of marriage. I no longer want to cook daily meals as it seems daunting as I peek into the fridge. Sadly my husband isn't sure where the pots and pans are located as well as having no idea of what to prepare on ' his ' night to cook!
          Having easy and healthy meals for our daily routine would be most grateful.
