    1. Good Morning Karsten, I'm having trouble accessing this weeks weekly meal plan. Any help would be appreciated.

      1. Hi Michelle! On my meal plans, I often include slow cooker instructions for the Instant Pot recipes. I hope that helps 🙂

      1. Hi Mary! There should be a form on the page to enter your name and email. If it is not there, it could be because you have already signed up. With your permission, I can add you to the email list. Just let me know 🙂

    2. looking forward to trying many of these dishes. I have a 14 year old
grand daughter that is a vegetarian its hard to cook for her. I've never
had to worry about this before.. What to make her that is healthy and
has the protein that a 14 year old needs to be healthy.

      1. Hi Judy! That can be a struggle. Beans, quinoa, Greek yogurt, and tofu are all great meatless sources of protein.

    3. Seems like my family is on a 2 week meal plan and then we start all over with it the next 2 weeks. I am ready to try some new ideas!
