    1. My husband and I are vegan. We enjoy your recipes, as you almost always will give a substitution when using certain ingredients that we choose not to eat. I take โ€œsomeโ€ small liberties with ingredients if most of the meals are within the โ€œveganโ€ โ€œvegetarianโ€ confines. Thank youโ€ฆ/Ann

      1. You are so very welcome! I am thrilled you are able to enjoy my meal plans even though they are not specifically vegan.

      1. Oh man! I am with you, sweet potatoes and potatoes are some of my favorites. I do have blood sugar issues as well due to my pancreatic disease, but overall as long as I pair with protein I am okay. Best to listen to your dietician though.

      2. I am so looking forward to getting you meal plans. We need that in our daily livesโ€” knowing what weโ€™re having and shopping in advance.
