Just like all of my weekly meal plans, this week's free meal plan includes 7 delicious dinners, ideas for breakfastlunch, and snacks, meal-prep ideas and a shopping list. I truly want to help you make home-cooked meals easier!

Tips for this Week's Meal Plan

  • On Sunday, prepare extra rice for sofritas. If desired, prepare extra teriyaki chicken to serve alongside Asian noodles.
  • If you don't care for Sofritas, use taco meat instead. And then used leftovers to make burrito bowls for lunches.
  • For Saturday, make dinner fun with appetizers. Serve bang bang shrimp alongside spring rolls using leftover produce from salads from the week. Add shrimp to spring rolls if desired.
