Just like all of my weekly meal plans, this week's free meal plan includes 7 delicious dinners, ideas for breakfast, lunch, and snacks, meal-prep ideas and a shopping list. I truly want to help you make home-cooked meals easier!

- Sunday: London Broil with Smashed Potatoes and Roasted Broccoli
- Monday: Instant Pot Burrito Bowls
- Tuesday: Honey Lime Chicken Fajitas with Roasted Corn Salad
- Wednesday: Chicken and Broccoli with Instant Pot Jasmine Rice
- Thursday: Buffalo Chicken Salad with Air Fryer Potatoes
- Friday Hunan Beef with Instant Pot Jasmine Rice

Tips for this Week's Meal Plan
- Lots of chicken this week! Purchase in a large pack to save money. Save even more money by NOT buying ground chicken and making it yourself (directions included in the BBQ Chicken Burger post--it is so easy!!)
- Feel free to omit the chicken from the burrito bowl Monday if you want to cut back on expense and enjoy a meatless meal.
- Use fresh broccoli for both roasted broccoli and chicken and broccoli.
- Make extra rice on Wednesday to serve with both the chicken and broccoli and hunan beef.
- On Thursday, prepare air fryer potato cubes to add to Buffalo Chicken Salad--trust me on this! So good. Feel free to use red potatoes since you already will be using them for smashed potatoes.
- Add any leftover veggies/broccoli to the Hunan Beef. And feel free to replace the flank steak with thinly sliced chicken for Hunan Chicken--also delicious!
