One of my favorite things to do with this recipe for Sloppy Joes and Taco Meat is to serve it up in lettuce wraps, baked sweet potatoes, or baked potatoes for a perfect gluten-free meal. And when I bake the potatoes in my Instant Pot, my dinner is still done starting to finish in 30 minutes.
Note: If you forget to thaw out your hamburger meat (I am guilty of this many times!!), check out my method for perfectly cooking frozen meat.

Pork is one meat I absolutely adore! I personally feel it has incredible flavor and is still lean and of course a great source of protein.
